Our client is a major player in the field of Industrial equipment. For its South Luxembourg based Headquarter, they’re currently looking to recruit a (Junior) Credit Controller (m/f)
Job description
Responsibilities
Review, and monitor, the actual and potential customers’ creditworthiness
Monitor the Credit Insurance limits and payment terms
Identify, and escalate, overdue payments, and collaborate with the Sales team to facilitate receipts
Deal with credit notes, rebates and disputes
Contact customers by telephone, dunning letters regarding accounts reconciliation and collection of debt
Prepare reports for the local management, and for the holding companies
Liaise daily with factoring providers for invoices assignment, accounts reconciliation and funding execution
Required profile
Profile
Degree educated in in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
Good spoken and written English & French
PC literate
Motivated, self-sufficient and well organized
